ToolsUnlike what other vendors may tell you, custom database and forms/design services are important.

Your program is different than other programs.  We can help you tell your unique story by designing custom reports, allowing you to focus on program administration while we focus on forms design and database development.

In addition to having us help you design forms, our software now includes Custom Form + Reports and Survey Tools, so you can create forms that help Members track beneficiary progress, or service activities related to your unique Performance Measures.

Ask our customers–they’ve had great success collecting beneficiary and member data using OnCorps custom forms and reports.  Good data helps your grant proposal stand out–we’ve helped many programs secure matching funds using our beneficiary-level reporting tools.

What kind of customizations?

  • Assessment forms  to track individual beneficiary progress or program participation
  • Tools for program staff to design their own surveys, forms and assessments
  • A custom API to exchange data directly with your internal reporting system.  (Or data in OnCorps Reports ™ can always be downloaded for use in Excel, Access, or other standard database programs.)

Joel Krogstad, Director of Community Technology Empowerment Project (CTEP) AmeriCorps program in Saint Paul, MN says,

“Our program, like every other, benefits most from capturing specific information such as how many community members received employment due to the service of our members, how many became US citizens, how many successfully applied for financial aid, etc.   OnCorps staff were wonderful in helping us design a customization that was easy for members to enter this information, easy for site supervisors to verify, and easy for us as program directors to report.  No more calculators and separate spreadsheets!”
