The program I started back in 2004 (The Community Technology Empowerment Project) was named one of the most innovative programs in the US in this report from CNCS:
At OnCorps, we have CTEP alumni working directly with customers to design reporting tools.

Welcome to our newest State Commission–PennSERVE!

Pennsylvania supports over 2000 AmeriCorps members, including two large EAP programs that operate statewide.
We had been providing service to several Pennsylvania programs since 2010, but are honored to be selected as the sole source provider for AmeriCorps reporting tools in the Keystone State.

New Features–New Customers–New Program Year!

We’re honored to be providing start-up help all of our returning customers, their new members, and “new arrivals” as well! Our users tell us that our customer service is top notch, as we resolve 95% of user issues within hours, if not sooner:)
Our super-flexible time sheets– as well as a dozen other program management tools– allow Program staff to save time and resources every day.
As our customers begin their new service year, and we begin our 6th year providing service to the field, we’d just like thank our customers for making our software the premier product for AmeriCorps, VISTA, Senior Corps and Volunteer Generation Fund programs nationwide.

Live Demo’s in Chicago at NCVS

Several of our staff will be at the National Conference on Volunteering and Service next week, and can show you both our newest features, and custom reports we’ve done for various clients. (Tutor logs, beneficiary tracking, member activities reports, member training reports, etc.). Stop by booth #613 if you’re at the conference! Also, we’ve got a slot on the exhibit hall stage from 4-4:30 on Tuesday, we’ll be showing some of our clients “custom” forms and reports at this demonstration.

AmeriCorps Mid-Year Reports

We’re seeing an uptick in reporting right now, a result of CNCS deadlines for mid-year reporting.
We align service and program reports with eGrants, so OnCorps customers can export their aggregate data, enter into eGrants, and close out their reports in a fraction of the time it takes using Excel or other reporting tools.
AmeriCorps Program Directors rave about how we save them valuable time; from member hours tracking to Performance Measures to Demographic reports. Programs that use customized assessment and beneficiary tracking tools are able to both tell their stories, and show stakeholders–including funders– the data to back those stories up!
State Commission Staff, especially fiscal officers, rely on our Periodic and Aggregate Financial reports to track multiple grants.
Programs that use our Program Progress in CNCS Initiative Areas reports can easily show how their service activities align with Corporation focus areas. All these are standard OnCorps Reports, and included in our basic license fee. We’re so much more than a timekeeping system….
